STUCK IN YOUR CHAPTER

Professional actors who have finally accepted that no job is coming to save them

Get to start doing the real work in helping themselves step into their next chapter

This requires some ugly honesty

(Sometimes we don’t always like what we see in the mirror)

Mother Nature will always win

So it’s better to be on her side rather than against her

Pay attention to what change your body is yearning for

(All of the following are going to be on a spectrum)

Are you yearning for career expansion

Or career simplification?

Are you yearning for work to be evergreen (consistent year round)

Or seasonal (on and then recover)?

Are you yearning for more volume of work

Or better quality of work?

Are you wanting to give everything to auditions?

Or are you wanting auditions to be so streamlined that you hardly have to think about them?

One point I need to make clear…

You can have everything you want

Just not at the same time

So be honest about what your priority is for right now

Abundance: flowing opportunities

Meaning: contributing great art to the tribe

Sustainability: being aligned as an artist

This usually brings up a feeling of grief - admitting what you’re probably needing to let go of for now o that you can really take care of what youre needing to solve most in this chapter

Remember

Decisiveness equals freedom

Making a decision as to which one you’re most ready for next will determine the strategy we can then use to break through to that next chapter
