How to un-stuck your career

Firstly

Acknowledge the season that you’re actually in

How?

Listen to the change your body yearning for

Expansion vs simplification

Volume of work vs quality of work

How much time and effort are you actually wanting to put into acting or auditioning right now?

(No point pretending you want to go all in and apply 20 hours a week when your body is exhausted and you only actually want to invest 2 - again, the point is that we build a career which feels great rather than looks good but feels heavy)

How much are you wanting to earn from acting over the next 2-3 years?

For example, if you want to earn an average of 6 figures ($100k+) per year and want to do that from 50 days of acting a year, and want to allocate 4 hours a week for auditioning - that gives us some very clear parameters which will help inspire the most appropriate strategies to implement

Once we have truly acknowledged what it is we want & the direction we want to go…

We get to start solving our most important problems

(side note - if you feel unclear about what you want, just acknowledge what you hate about acting and where you definitely don’t want to end up!)

Those most important problems are likely going to fall in one of three categories

Problems which cause meaningless work

Problems which cause scarcity

Problems which cause exhaustion

How do we solve?

1) Meaning will come from our the ability to deliver great work

2) Abundance will come from our ability to attract flowing opportunities

3) Sustainability will come from our ability to align ourselves as an artist

So what do we do?

Build & implement strategies

From a place of trust

Which solve those problems

Resulting in dream outcomes

Hope this helps
